Storing Your Personal Data

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.

You can delete your account any time. When you delete your account, we delete your data, including your email, and scores from exercises you’ve participated in, and your association to a Leaderboard team.

We may need to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will do our utmost to ensure that your data is treated securely.

Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you send to us electronically, sending such information is at your own risk.

Third Parties

Apps, websites and third-party integrations on or using our Services​. When you use third-party apps, websites or other services that use, or are integrated with, our Services, they do not receive information about what the exercises you’ve completed or Leaderboard teams you are part of. The only information they receive is your email and information necessary to authenticate you as a user. For example, if you link a password manager to Hacksy, your password manager will need to authenticate you are who you say you are. Information collected by these apps, websites or integrated services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Vendors, service providers and other partners. ​We transfer information to vendors, service providers, and other partners who globally support our business, such as providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Services are used, measuring the effectiveness of ads and services, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting academic research and surveys.
